- Innovative, high-performance hyperfermentation technology
- Local sourcing: active ingredients of Italian origin
- Natural origin ingredients, clean & vegan: Formulas with more than 90%* of ingredients of natural origin, according to ISO 16128-1 and ISO 16128-2 and without sulphates, silicones**, synthetic dyes, petrolatum, paraffins, mineral oils, BHA and BHT.
- Biodegradabilità: rinse-off products are readily biodegradable in compliance with OECD TG 301 F*** standards

Packaging with reduced environmental impact
- Recycled and recyclable packaging. Primary containers made of recyclable plastic, 50 to 100% recycled, glass, and FSC paper, 100% recycled and recyclable.
- Less is more: reducing the number of components and secondary packaging, reducing the weight of bottles
- Packaging made of 100% recycled FSC cardboard
- CO2-neutral packaging by offsetting CO2 eq. emissions related to packaging materials.

- CSR (Corporate Social Responsability): we have taken concrete steps to implement initiatives that have positive impacts in the environmental and social spheres.
Agrocortex: a project to protect the Amazon rainforest by combating deforestation to combat climate change, supported through carbon credits from offsetting the emissions of our packaging materials.
Parks for the climate: a project to protect biodiversity and forest ecosystems in the Biosphere Reserve of the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines, an area where our active ingredient in the range, hyper-fermented oak bark, comes from. - Sustainable energy: at the production site in Italy we only use «clean» electricity from renewable sources and natural gas with offset CO2 emissions. We have also adopted a system for the recovery of cooling water in «closed cycle» mode, so that processing water can be reused for several cycles.
- «Transparent» labelling. Transparency especially involves product communication. Our “transparent” labelling system conveys all information in a clear and simple manner.

Innovative hyperfermentation technology
Hyperfermentation is the beating heart of the Benvoleo formulas, a highly innovative two-step process with low environmental impact. It combines enzymatic bioliquefaction and fermentation, resulting in extracts with enhanced efficacy. The Benvoleo formulas use 4 hyper-fermented active ingredients, treated with a double fermentation process, exclusively worldwide.
All from Italy, they follow the 'locally sourced' philosophy.

training
For some time now, we have been talking about sustainability in all areas. But its real meaning is not so clear to everyone. This is why, in cooperation with sustainability experts, we have created a dedicated seminar to promote and support the culture of sustainability and to provide our hairdresser customers not only with up-to-date knowledge on definitions, general terminology and sustainability in cosmetics, but also with more concrete elements, such as examples of good practice for a 'sustainable salon'.
